We offer free worldwide delivery on all orders. also In select countries, you can choose Express Delivery at checkout.For most orders, your map will arrive within about 3 working days.

Although almost all of my maps arrive in great condition, sadly some orders do arrive damaged.
If your order is damaged at all during delivery, I will send you a priority replacement free of charge.
Produced locally
We are a international company that prints maps all around the world.We have printing facilities in 23 countries. This means that about 95% of orders produced and dispatched locally within your country. You won't pay any import duties.

unfortunately we do not accept refunds as each map is printed to order, but if your print arrives damaged or is incorrect please take photos and contact us through the form below so we can assist you with a replacement.
Yes! the total price at checkout includes shipping, taxes and duties.
It typically takes approximately 3 - 4 business days after purchasing for your print to arrive. Please note, around the holidays this timeframe can take longer due to delays & congestion with the shipping carriers.
You will receive a shipping tracking number and link via e-mail once your package ships. You can visit the tracking link to keep an eye on progress and get a better estimation of exactly when your print will arrive.
All Maps at TheMapVault are unframed, we do not sell or include frames at this moment.
Our unframed prints and framed prints are printed on premium, heavyweight matte paper using high quality archival inks. This museum quality paper will last a lifetime and beyond.
Yes! While our collection contains thousands of old maps, there are tens of thousands of old maps out there that we still need to restore and add to our collection. If there is a specific area in which you are interested, but can't find on our website currently, contact us using the links below.
All prints are shipped from one of 26 printing hubs, we select the one that is closest to the delivery address.
Unframed prints come rolled up in a sturdy cardboard tube.
Products are shipped via the national postal service in your country e.g. USPS, Royal Mail, La Poste, Deutsche Post. The method is determined based on how we can get your print to you the fastest.
If there is a specific shipping carrier you prefer us to use, please email us before purchasing and let us know. We will make sure it ships via your preferred method.

Yes, of course! During the checkout process simply enter the gift recipient's address in the "shipping address" fields. We will then ship the print directly to that address.
No, our logo watermark will NOT be included on your purchased print.
At TheMapVault.com, we do not sell original maps. We sell digitally restored reprints that are brand new when purchased.
Within our map collection, we do have prints available from maps that date back over 600 years.
Yes, we do have a lot of maps that are not yet listed on the website. If there is a specific location you are looking for, please contact us using the links below with the location or specific map that you would like.
If we do not have a map available in our own archives, we can most likely find one for you and digitally restore it at no additional cost.
