We offer free delivery on every order, worldwide. Most orders arrive within 7 days.

Although almost all of my maps arrive in great condition, sadly some orders do arrive damaged.
If your order is damaged at all during delivery, I will send you a priority replacement free of charge.

Your map is printed in your own region: UK orders are printed in the UK, EU orders in the EU, North American orders in the USA, and Australian and New Zealand orders in Australia. That means faster delivery and no import duties.
FAQs & Returns
Every print is made to order, so we don't accept returns for change of mind. If your print arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email contact@themapvault.com with photos within 14 days and we'll send a free replacement. You don't need to send anything back.
Yes, the total price at checkout includes shipping, taxes and duties.

You'll get a tracking number and link by email as soon as your print ships.
All maps at TheMapVault are unframed. We do not sell or include frames at the moment.
Our prints are made on premium, heavyweight matte paper using high-quality archival inks, so they'll last a lifetime and beyond.
Yes! Our collection has thousands of old maps, and there are tens of thousands more we haven't restored yet. If you can't find the place you're looking for, email contact@themapvault.com and tell us what you need.
Your print is made by the print partner closest to you: UK orders are printed in the UK, EU orders in the EU, North American orders in the USA, and Australian and New Zealand orders in Australia.
Prints are shipped rolled in a sturdy cardboard tube, using the national postal service or a tracked courier (for example Royal Mail, USPS, La Poste or Deutsche Post).

Unfortunately we don't offer digital downloads at the moment.
Yes, of course! At checkout, enter the gift recipient's address in the shipping address fields and we'll ship the print directly to them.
No, our logo watermark will NOT be included on your purchased print.
We don't sell original maps. We sell digitally restored reprints that are brand new when purchased.
Some of the maps in our collection date back over 600 years.
Yes, we have lots of maps that aren't listed on the website yet. If you're looking for a specific place or map, email contact@themapvault.com.
If we don't have it in our own archives, we can most likely find one for you and digitally restore it at no additional cost.
